Good piece of writing, but just noticed in your recipe that you have put 1 tbsp salt. That means a tablespoon, which is a HUGE amount! It should be 1/2 a teaspoon (tsp) at most. I'm sure this was just a typo, but thought I'd better point it out for first time pudding makers just in case!

Same as the Bero recipe we use... Apart from a tbsp of salt?! We just use a pinch. Flipping love Yorkshire puds and the only way to have them is homemade!
